Convenient Pickup Locations

Prefer to collect your meals instead? Elle Prep offers complimentary pickup from three convenient locations in St. Michael.

Pickup is available on Sundays and Wednesdays between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

How Pickup Works

1. Place Your Order
Browse our weekly menu and select your meals. Please carefully review the pickup day listed for each meal before placing your order, as meals are assigned to either Sunday or Wednesday pickup.

If your order includes meals with different pickup days, your meals will be available for collection on their respective scheduled pickup days.

2. Select Pickup at Checkout
Choose Pickup instead of delivery when placing your order, then select your preferred pickup location from the available locations.

3. Collect Your Order
Visit your selected pickup location between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the applicable pickup day.

Please have your order number or name available when collecting your meals to help us locate your order quickly.

4. Refrigerate Your Meals
Once you have received your order, please refrigerate your meals immediately to maintain food safety and quality.

We recommend bringing a suitable insulated/cooler bag if you have a longer journey home.

Pickup Policy

Pickup Is Complimentary

There is no pickup fee. Pickup allows you to collect your order from one of our designated locations instead of having it delivered.

Pickup Location

Please ensure you select the correct pickup location when placing your order.

Once your order has been assigned to a pickup location, please collect it from the location selected at checkout.

Pickup Day

Meals are assigned to a specific pickup day based on the weekly menu.

Please check the pickup day displayed on each meal before placing your order.

Pickup days cannot be selected independently of the meal's scheduled pickup day.

Missed Pickups

Please make every effort to collect your order within the designated 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM pickup window.

If you are unable to collect your order during the scheduled window, please contact Elle Prep as soon as possible.

Orders that are not collected during the designated pickup period may not be available for collection later that day.

Someone Else Collecting Your Order

If you are unable to collect your order personally, someone else may collect it on your behalf.

Please ensure they have the customer's name and/or order number when collecting.

Food Safety

Your meals are prepared and handled with food safety in mind. Once your order has been handed over to you or your designated representative, you are responsible for transporting and storing the meals appropriately.

Please refrigerate your meals as soon as possible after collection and follow the storage and reheating instructions provided with your order.

Avoid leaving meals in a warm vehicle or at room temperature for an extended period.

Before You Pick Up

To make your pickup quick and easy:

Check the pickup day listed for each meal before placing your order.
Confirm your selected pickup location.
Arrive between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Have your order number or customer name ready.
Bring an insulated/cooler bag if you have a longer journey home.
Ensure you have adequate refrigerator space for your order.
Refrigerate your meals as soon as possible after collection.
