At Elle Prep, we make healthy eating convenient from preparation to delivery.

Enjoy free island-wide delivery with every order, with deliveries taking place on Sundays and Wednesdays. Your delivery day is determined by the meals you select when placing your order.

How Delivery Works

1. Place Your Order
Browse our weekly menu and select your meals. Please carefully review the delivery day listed for each meal before placing your order, as meals are assigned to either Sunday or Wednesday delivery.

If you purchase meals assigned to different delivery days, your order may be delivered across the applicable delivery days.

A minimum of 10 meals is required per weekly order.

2. Provide Your Delivery Details

Enter your delivery location and include any additional notes that will help us locate you and complete your delivery with ease.

Additional notes may include:

Gate or building access instructions
Apartment or unit number
Landmark or nearby location
Preferred entrance
Where you'd like your meal to be left, if applicable
Any other helpful directions for finding your location

3. Receive Your Meals
Deliveries take place between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the applicable delivery day.

Your meals will be transported in a temperature-controlled vehicle to help maintain appropriate food temperatures during delivery.

Please ensure that you, or someone you have designated to receive your order, is available during the delivery window. Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to maintain food safety and quality.

Your specific delivery time may vary depending on the day's delivery route. Please keep your phone nearby during the delivery window in case our driver needs to contact you.

Delivery Policy

Free Island-Wide Delivery

Island-wide delivery is free with every weekly order. There is no additional delivery fee at checkout.

Delivery Days

Meals are assigned to a specific delivery day based on the weekly menu.

Please check the delivery day displayed on each meal before placing your order. Delivery days cannot be selected or changed at checkout.

If your order includes meals assigned to different delivery days, your meals may be delivered across both Sunday and Wednesday.

Delivery Window

All deliveries are made between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the applicable delivery day.

Your exact delivery time may vary depending on the day's delivery route.

Someone Must Be Available

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window.

If you are unable to receive your order personally, you may arrange for someone else to receive it on your behalf.

Immediate Refrigeration

For food safety and quality, meals should be refrigerated immediately after receiving your order.

Please avoid leaving meals outdoors, in a vehicle, or at room temperature for an extended period.

Missed Deliveries

If our driver arrives at the provided address and no one is available to receive the order, the driver will attempt to contact you.

If the delivery cannot be completed, redelivery may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete when placing your order.

If your location is difficult to find, please provide relevant directions, building information, gate codes, or other instructions in the designated delivery notes section.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact Elle Prep as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible once delivery routes have been finalized.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to deliver within the scheduled window. However, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Keeping Your Meals Safe

Your meals are prepared with care and transported in a temperature-controlled vehicle to help maintain appropriate food temperatures during delivery.

Once your order has been received, you are responsible for refrigerating your meals promptly and following the storage and reheating instructions provided with your order.

For the best quality and food safety, please do not leave meals unrefrigerated for extended periods.
